It's an issue with ieshims.dll and ieframe.dll (system files). Happens often with google chrome users.

I usually just tell people to reinstall windows when they start getting issues with those dlls. There might be an easier way though (but I don't know about it).

I have never used and/or installed Google Chrome on my PC anyways.

However it could very well be a .DLL problem that I am unaware of.

Alright, I booted Windows 7 in safe mode and tried opening LaunchIW5M.exe. Here is the result:

Because in Safe Mode you aren't able to connect to the Internet or use all the functions of your PC afaik.

The problem is not with the game. It's with your system. There's not much we can do to help you, other than suggesting random windows "fixes".
