When I join iSnipe servers for example I have an option to lower my graphics for better Frame per second, is there anyway that I can have this feature on my game permanently. I suffer from bad FPS and this feature is really useful for me but not all my servers I like have this feature enabled for me to activate. ~ Thanks.

What does Bypass sv_cheats mean?

The option on iSnipe just changes the value of the var "r_fullbright". r_fullbright 1 activates the "fps boost". But r_fullbright is a cheat protected function so you have to have sv_cheats 1. You normaly cant change it 1 so you have to bypass that.

How do I obtain this cheat by-passer?

I just want to have it automatically when I join a game on any server, then I would be able to use it in private matches which would be really nice!

You can use it in devmap but yes bypassing sv_cheats is considered as cheating.

As I mentioned before, you can use it in devmap. And no theres no other way to use it online afaik. Just play on Server who have it as a feature in their mod (EXP servers for example).

I agree , you should upgrade your pc. Using that program is obviously not allowed but you wont get banned anyways. I'd use it in your position.

I have a Sony laptop, it is a decent PC and but it doesn't have a very good CPU but a decent graphics card

 

I don't have funds to upgrade my PC as I don't take gaming to seriously, I just want to be able to play on 160 fps like the full bright enables me too

I already told you Blackpuse servers do run such mod, also you can get fullbright mod from the mods section.
