Can anyone help me with this? Just for the record,I've tried everything from editting files on the game, to changing priorities on Task Manager, to getting a new mouse, to running as admin, to resetting my controls, etc. I've tried everything and this still happens:

For all of you that say to turn it down in settings, it's set to 1. Mouse is on Smooth, and Free Look is on.
