well since the announcement of the gun porting and what not i have been thinking about attachments and perks. if Nta finds a way to add new guns in select scree in create a class then perks and attachments would be easy too though only those attachments that require no cosmetical change like stock or a quickdraw handle. is it possible?

Just to be clear, perks are not related to neither weapons nor attachments. Attachments however, are basically just weapon-variants of one main weapon, so it wouldn't be challenging to "make" new attachments. Though, currently there's a limit for the max amount of weapons, in this case attachments, that can be added to the game. The weapons and its variants in this game are almost reaching the max limit, meaning you can - once again, currently - only have a few custom weapons/attachments.

Well weapons attachments are handled by tags on the weapons. And in weapon files there is a hidetag that hides other attachments. Like the intervention fmj, there's a hidetag for all attachment but the fmj tracers.

Tags are weapon model modifications, not attachments
