earlier my port was 120.56.220.228:15829

then after restarting it changes to 120.56.220.228:10471

then next day it changes to 120.56.220.228:10112

its being variable .not being stable

Can't you define it via +net_port 28960 or do in launch parameters or via config/console?

Also be sure that 28960 port is forwarded.

i hav forwarded properly all can connect to my svr but cant connect using 120.56.220.228:28960(my forwarded port)

my port seen by other is not constant seems to be variable

Do you have DMZ mode enabled? or Plug n Play (believe that's what it's called)?

 

Edit: you're not running anything that cod be using that port (28969), are you?

yes my dmz and upnp is enabled

my port is forwarded to 28960 do i hav to forward 28969 also and set net port 28969?

Concerning the port, it might be a new one all the time because the port is already forwarded to the wrong internal IP address or it's already "occupied" by an other application.
