yes my dmz and upnp is enabled my port is forwarded to 28960 do i hav to forward 28969 also and set net port 28969?

i hav forwarded properly all can connect to my svr but cant connect using 120.56.220.228:28960(my forwarded port) my port seen by other is not constant seems to be variable

earlier my port was 120.56.220.228:15829 then after restarting it changes to 120.56.220.228:10471 then next day it changes to 120.56.220.228:10112 its being variable .not being stable plse help me :oops:
