The i.e. "Throwing grenade!", "Reloading!", etc is from the iwds. I changed them before but I cant remember which # on main the folder.

Really? I have had a look through them. And I couldn't find them.

Should be in the 'localized_*insert language here*_iwxx.iwd'

About music, in your mw2 folder change name or delete Miles folder.
