If I buy premium will I have only the dlc or the dlc + the game?

 

Do I need to buy the game and premium seperetly or does the game come with the dlc in the Premium version?

Yes, I don't want to by something that I didn't see. I've enjoyed playing bf3 singleplayer, and the multiplayer is simply breathtaking
