Hi All,

Thought of sharing some effective tips to lose weight.

Break your meals in small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine, have green tea and quit beverages. For weight exercise regularly as it will burn your fat and boost metabolic system. Avoid eating late and have proper sleep daily.

Actually,diet is bad for your metabolism, it is proven. You have to eat food, like fruits, vegetables, meat, etc, instead of junk food!

Actually, that's a different situation. Your body will use fat to be able to survive, if you don't eat. I mean, if you are going to eat like 1 time a day to lose weight (the so called diet) you will gain even more weight, because it will affect your metabolism. If you don't believe me, search on DA INTERNET.

I think you're mistaking dieting for fasting. A proper diet is not bad for your health.

bhaa that's bullshit, I work at IT, I don't do shit of my days, don't do any fucking sports, I don't have girlfriend and I don't often do real life stuffs, maybe I do daily exeresise by going to work or school but still your stuff is wrong because I'm skin as a fucking bretzel and I eat any fucking stuff I want 8-)

Well i work for a bank, walking a lot due being a trainee, i am everyday 14 hours in another city, so i do sports, meet friends and other things.

Do daily exercises, pushups and pullups are great and i lost more then 15 kg in some months, now i am good trained :)
