readstats and restarting doesn't work

When I use readstats the console says this:

 

"Clearing structured data because a definition for version 0 could not be found. Latest known version is 155.

Want to show 'reset stats' confirmation for controller 0, stats source 0, reason 3, but aborting because we are at the main menu.

Com_TouchMemory: 0 msec. Using sum: 0."

 

And restarting the game does not solve it either.

I hope one of you guys could help me out.
