Its called modding. See if there is a modder out there that will help you, or figure it out on your own. There are already some nice mods you can download that may help you out.

Should see TP's Domination server, they have quite a few things disabled for their "antinoob."

EDIT: ExP (my clan's) Mixed server disables some basic things.

Such as, Thumper/Noob tube, last/final stand.

They're both on aRev I believe. :/ But you can still play w/ 4D1. I do, lol.

We had all our servers (~9) on 4D1, but we didn't get as many players.
