When i enter 4D1 there is this error = ( please help i don't know the solution to this

 

i post this last time and people were scolding my desktop and all those stuff and nobody gave me solution i wish this time doesn't happens ..

Try step 19 from here, maybe?

okay i did it but still doesn't works.. Wat the hell is this problem = ( you got to replace the iw4m.dll with the one i am having rite? if yes it din't work if no please tell me how to do it
