Okay, I've seen the Support FAQ about the error on "Unable To Load Image MP_Compact" problem and I've downloaded the two files that the thread stated to place in my game's main subdirectory which are:

 

File 1: iw_22.iwd

File2: iw_23.iwd

 

I placed it in my Modern Warfare 2 game folder and started the game again, but the same error appears.

Did I place it in the wrong destination folder or is there something else I did wrong? :cry:

Its supposed to be placed in your /main/ folder.

Same problem

I have put both iw_22.iwd and iw_23.iwd in main folder in my mw2 folder and still error comes up after a few seconds,pls need help.

Then you have done something wrong.

I just extracted them first 22 and then 23 and replaced everything.same thing again

... The iw_22 and 23 go inside /main/ and the .ff go into /zone/

You dont extract the iwd archives. ( If thats what you are doing.)

Fixed now,problem was in my opera because opera downloads iwd files into zip.
