I can't belive that I am doing this but,since it is sunday and I can't go to a doctor.... .Since the last week the left upper side of my adam's apple has been hurting when I was swallowing or touching it.Could I have thyroid nodules?A sore throat? Please,help me

I have lupus, brain cancer, lung inflammation and I need half my extremities amputated. Twice a month. The internet is very reliable.

It hurt me in that spot for almost 2 weeks for no reason lol and I went to the doc just after the pain got away.And he said that he didnt feel anything in my neck and that I have hoarse throat during puberty and if the pain comes back,he told me to visit him again.Then he would look at my larynx with a mirror if I remember corectly..
