Hey guys today i wanna share with u the custom camos that i have made

 

So this is my first Custom camo pack for mw2 and i hope u like it... btw u wont get banned for this.

Ok so this is a camo pack that i have made.

 

How to install:

 

1: Go to the iw_7.iwd file that could be located in C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam apps\Commen\Call of duty modern warfare 2\main\iw_7.iwd.

2: You will need Winrar to open it so u can download Winrar from this link: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm when u have downloaded it install it

3: Download the Camo pack from this link: >>>>>>>>Camo Pack have been deleted<<<<<<<

4: When u have downloaded the camo pack extract it using Winrar. then choose the camo u want..

5: Open iw_7.iwd when u open iw_7.iwd u will find a file in it called images open it and drag the iwi file in the camo pack in there. press ok.

6: Run the game. Have fun

 

Make Sure to make a backUp file for iw_7.iwd. To make a backup file u will need to copy iw_7.iwd before puting the camo in it and paste it some where safe. So when u choose to get your old mw2 camos back u can simple copy the iw_7.iwd file and paste it in your main folder of your mw2.

In the next Camo pack u dont have to change your .IWD files.. ill just upload a file called z_Camos.iwd to mediafire and when u download it u will have to put it in ur main folder of ur mw2, thats it.... Job done camos have been installed .... and when u want to remove them u just need to delete the file called z_camos.iwd from the main folder..

This is FourDeltaOne, you don't get banned for doing things like this, you can even edit the source code to great extents for that will happen.

Ew, changing the main IWDs.

If you edit the main .iwd the game will take it as a modified one and kick you out, unless that was fixed ?

 

All you could do is put them into let's say z_camos.iwd and put them into your/main folder.

 

*note that you need to manually make the z_*.iwd

That it is a longer process, and some people may forget to make a back-up. So if they put your files and want to use original files anyway, they will have to redownload a whole .iwd

 

Create a zip file, rename it to z_anything.iwd, create a folder called "images" inside, and put all files there. Then move the z_.iwd archive into /main folder. And voila, no replacing files and everything is simplier

No offense or anything, but the Australian intervention looks like you literally just dragged a low-res picture of an Australian flag across the intervention texture and hit save. I do like the idea of the metal one though, you should try making a higher res texture and it would be a great camo.
