Hey just a simple question.

I was playing a private match and was playing with some bots and hacks and now everytime i wanna startup it says i am banned.

So Anti-Cheat also works in Private match??

Or is it because i used a mod menu GSC in a private match?

IIRC even in aIW anti-cheat was active in private match, so yes, you're probably banned because of that.

Yup AC is enabled in Private Match remember to remove it >_>

Furthermore anti-cheat is activated when you start up your game, so it gives you no chance of choosing if you want to start a private match, or join a dedicated server.
