Yes it does. Seeing it have 37 chapters, I can only presume that next year there will be an anime with 13 or 26 episodes.

The problem is; WtK is focussed around the h-scenes, LB! (which doesn't even have any, that's LB!EX) and F/SN aren't. So the story from WtK would have to be remade partially which would result in something that's not equal to the original, don't get me wrong, the chance is there, but not as big as those 2.
