My console wont open,i have the console bind on my config,bind ~ "toggleconsole",if someone knows how to activate it again pls help me

well, do you play with fullscreen 0 and r_noborder 1? for me the overlay-console is not working in this mode.

You're keyboard has ~ right? And you CAN type it on the keyboard :L?

The problem is that my console just wont open with any key,maybe the console is disabled but i don't know how to enable it

No, if your keyboard layout dosen't have ~, it could be binded to ^
