Yeah I did exactly as you did; it showed that I was lvl 70 after I ended the game. Then I pressed Quit. When I opened my game again I was lvl 1.

 

**EDIT: I forgot to put on big xp; it worked this time.

I kill the bots, get to level 70, but when I quit the game and restart it, I'm back to my previous level (currently 10). Is there a way to save my new stats? or do I have to repeat this procedure every time I start the game?

I have also tried some other 10th prestige mod and the stats don't save either way.

 

Oh, and once I "hack" my stats to level 70, can I still join dedicated servers or it isn't allowed and restricted to private matches?

If you manage to get your stats to stick, you can use them anywhere.
