Hello there gentlemen, my question is this, is there a Friends List feature or even the Clan Tag feature? I've seen people in-game with the Clan Tag already. Thank you.

Friends list is in but clan tag no.

clantag is not officialy coded in there someone coded it them selve, maybe in the future it will officaly coded in

The functionality to add people through the friends list should be released with IW5M and TNet (as they both have the same release date).

 

There is a clan-tag source, however it is out-of-date as the auth.cpp (the source file it modifies) has been updated.

Is the clan tag even the same method as say xbox, as in it appears in your player card below your name?..

No. It just sticks it infront of your name.
