Open the port you're server is running on (in your router).

 

Also, get fraps

My ports are open (forwarding) TCP/UDP

I have fraps,for what he need me?

What are your startup arguments/parameters? And what port did you forward?

I have a server running on my computer. So client and server are on the same PC.

You CAN'T see your own server!!!

 

You have to connect with your own ip + port! (In the console)

My example: connect 192.168.2.95:27015
