Please be more precise. If you can't join your friends, check if the Ports are forwarded, or if a firewall blocks it. If it's just one single server, then that server is probably configured wrong.

    Ports and Firewall opened. They say on the other end it comes up with this:

     

    Rejecting incoming party member: Incompatible party net code (we are 144, they have 61586) , rejecting player
