i want to add some jumping st00fs but sv_cheats won't allow me to do so, and i cannot edit sv_cheats without going into devmap, this is in private match. mainly i just want to jump high.

"Sv_cheats" is deliberately set up that way to prevent unwanted exploitation. If you want to run around at lightspeed, jump 1000 feet in the air, have unlimited health, fly around like Aladdin, and get every gun in the game at once, you will NEED to be in DEV mode.
