Hi

Every few time i log into the game theres an update screen in-game like

 

Fletching playlists complete

updating ranks and unlocks...(i need to wait for this long)

Connection to IWnet complete

 

What can i do to stop this update? :cry:

I have the same problem

Restart a few times it will go through.

I've tried, but it just does not

Try deleting any .stats in your /players/ folder which is in your MW2 folder, and try re-starting the game.

 

(Of course at the time of writing, the servers are down)

Agreed, I get this message from time to time as well. Just restart and head back in. If that doesn't fix the problem, like vextor said, it can always just be a fluke with the servers.
