Try deleting config_mp or config_m2.cfg or both.

Don't use Gee's mod derank 4.

I used to use this patch when hosting lobbies on PS3. I charged about ВЈ5-10 per lobby when barely anyone knew how to host them (I'd offer 10th prestige, all unlocks etc.) but on PS3 anyone can join someone's session, so I'd have 1 person paying and then all their friends joining. So I added in a derank feature which is progressively worse dependant on how much they pissed me off (if they kept joining), it would eventually set dvars to stop them from seeing and would change the text in their game (e.g. everything would be its 'code' name, rather than Favela it would say mp_favela).
