They aren't glitches, just walk up a flag somewhere in the map and you'll be teleported.

or you already spawn outside the map.

Since MW2 is huge fail for CODJUMPER team they dont even make tutorial videos, also if you want to learn glitches try to search some old videos from 09" there might be something helpful

Zombie glitches are different mod by mod....

if you play on zmod Chaz 2.0 server, you can be human after being killed be zombies but you wont gain money and zombies wont gain it 2

 

if you play on ai2 ... well just a good strafe and you can go where you want
