MOAB is not electronic?!!!!!! But other killstreaks like........osprey is not electronic either it runs on fuel , then how come it explodes 'cuz of emp? :/

Well, something has to drop/launch the MOAB, so your electronic argument is invalid.

Don't go to deeply when analysing Call Of Duty games.

EMP doesn't affect MOAB to encourage people to get them, I guess. If I had a MOAB which was cancelled by EMP I would kill myself. Also, EMP is pretty easy to get, unlike in MW2
