Does aCI have a screenshot feature like Punkbuster that can screenshot the client to check for wallhacks or any other hacks detectable through screenshots? It'd be great if it did because the cheaters would be even less in count. Also, if it does, how does aCI handle it, I thought it was completely automated but idk. I just want to know how secure this anti cheat system is, because I hate hackers

No it wouldn't, for 1 it would cause little jitters dropping players fps and on the other hand people are bypassing so easily so they'll just make a clean screenshot function. I already talked with NTA about this back on alterIW :L

 

Although it would indeed catch out a lot of hacks released presently.

Also notice that the image above relates to a testing environment. On it's usual working environment, users will be banned after the first detection.

Anyway, I second madara989. Cheat reporting needs to come back in some form or another, even if it's nessecary to recruit a team to deal with the reports, and screenshots would be a powerful asset.

Even if they werent, aRev players can still connect. They have it in their client too. they query our servers now.

I believe JohnD was the one working on aCI back in aIW... meaning, he probably won't make many updates.

I miss JohnD. Terminator said something about being able to contact him a while ago...
