Still same problem with the launcher.

The game does not start , not even a process shown ,tried to fix it with other members from here ,but didnt work anything . Still waiting on people with ideas ,as I saw that it can run with WindowsXP.

Wait on what? It just aint starting since 1-2 weeks ,while the rest doesnt have problems , I dont speak for exactly now.

Do you have the entire game downloaded with the IW4M updater/Manual installer in?
