Blitzcrank king of CC. A stun/Pull, a knock-up on low CDR, a 3 sec silence? Who else could ask for more? OH right a massive movement speed/AS boost.

I make an account on EU-W just to play Katarina. She's close to useless on higher lvls when people know how to stop her ulti but in lower lvls I just have so much fun

When you have a team with high CC (blitz, alistar...) and they stun the targets, it's really fun, even on high ELO (if ranked) =P

 

Note: The team must be extremely coordinated.

That does not happen to often and there are just too many things that can go wrong with Kata. There are too many other champions to chose from that can bring more to the table then say an Evelyn or a Katarina.
