copy all files from zone/english to zone/spanish except those:

 

localized_code_post_gfx_mp.ff

localized_code_pre_gfx_mp.ff

localized_ui_mp.ff

these files in your spanish folder must not be changed or replaced.

also make a backup of these files just in case, it worked for me in mw2 and mw3 (tekno, intermw3 and 4D1)
