Hi i have played mw2 on alter without any problems and here i found fd1 but when i try to enable Depth Of Field or Soften Smoke Edges my graphics got messed up

I have post a comment and asked him how did he fix it and he said he just delete config_mp file.

I don't have such file i have only config_m2 and delete it doesn't really help

In my experience this has been a graphics driver issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling them.

 

Are you sure you don't have a config_mp.cfg file in your players folder?

Two options

Update NVidia drivers

Your GPU is dying

 

Well, Depth of Field and "Soften Smoke Edges" are not crucial. I dont often notice that its off

nuke incoming

config_m2 is IW4M's config_mp, so delete that.

config_m2 is IW4M's config_mp, so delete that.

It wont fix issues with turning DoF/SSE(lol abbreviation)
