Change this:

fireType\3-Round Burst\

 

To this:

fireType\Full Auto\

 

And repeat for every m16_xx_mp file. Put them in weapons/mp (you might want to .iwd them for easy use).

you have to dump them! make a shortcut of the iw4m.exe on your desktop and add a --dump flag to it. This should dump them in the raw folder which is located where the iw4m.exe is

OK Thak you I have the files. But where should I put them?

I tried editing some of them then put the folder in an iwd file in the main folder but it didn't work what shall I do?

Thanks for the reply but I already did that before. I mean I have all the weapon files (some editted for testing) in the mp folder which is in the weapons folder that I put in the .iwd file and it didn't work. Must I do something before or after putting the folder in the iwd file? Or did I miss anything? Or must I edit other files to make the mod work?
