Well since you applied the IW5M files you can't play SP, unless you use yollarydabomb's fix for it. Wait for him to show up or use the search button, take a look around IW5M. Can't post you a link since I'm on my phone.

    Have you bought DLC3? If no, you can't play it. If yes, tell steam support.
