Stuck on Connecting to online services, Dedi problem

Опубликовано:

The game works fine, i can play it and join servers. I have all the ports open.

I have set up dedicated servers before, my parameters are from the guide. I did download dsut.exe and update.

I do have all the files, including DLC and the Launch file.

The iw5m_server.exe is simply stuck on Connecting to online services....

Any help would be appreciated.

Delete that file.

I am using the file the dsut.exe created, i just didn't write it down correctly.

I did and that is why i've opened the thread. Word by word, it does not work for me.

I've triple posted because this thread went to the 5th page multiple times. Should i have opened a new thread instead of bumping?

No, but you could have deleted one post and then make it again ._.

I'm not a mod and the posts were old, how exactly could i have deleted my own posts once they were old and unanswered?

Could you remove the warning since it was unnecessary? And try and help me out, please?

You could still delete it.

Its just a warning, don't repeat it and you won't have the same problem again.

Also, you could have used search.

Thanks for that note. I`m more interested in solving this problem which the Tech Support does not seem to be able to fix? Perhaps NTAuthority or someone else might chip in?

Probably NTA, TechSup don't fix shit, they find workarounds to problems. NTA is probably working on it right now, can't say though.

i have the same problem. server is installed as said in the tutorial. but on the launch it gets stuck on CONNECTING TO ONLINE SERVICES...... ive tried setting up frm scratch 4 times and still same result. if i run iw5mp_server.exe from the same folder it runs perfectly fine.

i have posted on the Dedi server tutorial thread more thn 6 times and contacted tech support thru pm. no 1 cares to reply nor is some1 looking into the problem or a workaround.

n btw i run win server 2008. steam mw3 servers work perfect and so do 4d1 mw2 servers. its just a prob with iw5m.

some1 needs to fix this asap

People try their best to fix errors. Someone should lock this now that there has been an awful amount of spam in this post.

What good do your comments do? Your comments themselves are spam. Why do people comment if they can't actually help with the issue?

First of all, what do YOUR posts do other than whining? Secondly, go through my posts, and you will see that I actually do some work. You may not even consider it, but that's just you.

Sorry. Thought you were a regular poster, didn't notice you were an actual Tech Supporter...

So is NTA aware of the problem and will fix it?
