so I tried downloading the DLC Pack 1&2 from Mediafire but at Part 5 it wont download.

It stays at "Download is starting..." and thats it. Anybody knows the problem ?

 

Also I got the problem that, when I start LaunchIW5M.exe, the screen goes black and the error "Couldnt load gamefonts_pc" comes up.

 

Please help me I really want to play MW3 Multiplayer

at first the game was running nice , then i had to translate from italian to english but the Iw5m translator wouldn't work then i tried to change the localization file to english....but nothing i'm getting this error and i don't know what to do

Did you try to download the DLC Pack and failed, like I did ?

Every part worked downloading but Part 5 just wont start downloading

Reinstall the game using english version.

How should he, or I, reinstall the game using english version, if I own the german version only ?

lucky me i got steam mw3 version of the game and i can re-install it with english language (thanks)

i got even Russian/Polish/Japanese/Spanish/French/German xD.

I'll wait 40 minutes to see if the game will run or not

So no solution for me ._.

u can try to find an English version of the game with the help of Google ( type mw3 english torrent etc...)

But I dont want to download it again.

 

1. Takes too long.

2. I dont want to risk getting catched by the cops you know... I always feel uncomfortable downloading torrents...

Don't torrent the game. Download it from Steam using the Dedicated server tool. Then apply our patch and the DLC maps.

You are missing some .iwd files, you will need to redownload the game (preferably just your /main/ folder), or if possible, verify the game's integrity via steam.

Or like I said, download the dedicated server files from Steam < this is your best bet, if you don't own the game.

Its better if he can download the 6GB of /main/ files rather than downloading all the 13GB over again. Torrents allow you to select what you download, steam doesn't

IKR, but to keep him out of any future trouble/error/stuff, it's better to have the Steam version. Anyways it's up to the OP.

I started IW5M while downloading the Dedicated Server tool, now it started downloading "C.o.D. M.W.3 - Multiplayer" o.O I stopped it for now. Its 4GB. How can I delete / permanent stop it ? Now its only paused.
