It's been proven that our brain can only process about 24FPS, that's why things look "smooth" when you get 50-60 FPS. And yes, your monitor can only produce 60FPS, if you have a 60Hz monitor, yes there will be screen tearing, some monitors don't make it as visible as some others. have you ever worked on a PC before? or are you just some stupid retarded scrub that thinks he knows everything?

That's because you have V-Sync off, turn it on and you'll be getting 75FPS (or 60FPS if you haven't adjusted your monitors Hz in your Windows Display Settings)
