I had the same problem at first. So I asked NTA about it and he told me that the "download slipped" then he probably did something and told me to try again, and it worked. So i'm pretty sure its server sided.

There could be files, which have the file extension .cpart. If you have any, delete them and try again.

1. Move the folder somewhere, but not in PROGRAM FILES!

2. Then right click on the folder and uncheck Read-Only.

3. Run LaunchIW5M.exe as administrator

4. Wait to update and play
