i changed my CPU priority of iw5mp to below normal and that worked for a while, in which i decided to buy a new CPU Amd x2 270 (i knw it's crap) i dont even have to change priorities and that worked ever since.

i tried that priority thingy but nothing works.

well different computers got different problems, idk if this helps, but try syncing your time with the internet.

Time Sync is for the "Connecting" issue when a user is trying to connect to a dedicated server, it won't fix the "Connecting to Online Services" issue.
