Since most of you don't know the direct download for MW3, here is a tutorial (Steam Dedicated Server)

 

1) Download Steam at store.steampowered.com.

 

2) Open up the Steam client, and go to the Library tab.

 

3) Click on the area where it says 'All Games', and click on Tools.

 

4) In the list, find 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Dedicated Server', right click and select 'Install Game'

 

5) Now it will download and install in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common' (correct me if the install path is wrong).

Why would you just not accept or ignore those? If you know the guy, accept, if you don't, ignore. No point keeping them there.
