Are you playing on servers that have a green * infront of the name?

If you are, then you are playing alterRevolution servers and those servers dont have a working antiCheat so thats why you are playing with alot of cheaters

 

Disable the servers with the green * in filters > Legacy Servers Off

You now aRev players can join 4D1 Servers by default, unless the server admin chooses to disable that?
