You can't report an hacker on FD1 because we have an Anti-cheat most hackers comes from Alter Revolution, Arev servers have the " * "

You can disable the Arev servers in filters > Legacy Servers Off To play only on FD1 Servers.

Find the owner of the server.

Record the person hacking.

Upload the video to YouTube, and contact the admin/owner and show them.

They get banned from the server.

Add "Make sure the guy is an actual hacker and not someone that is 100 times better than you" at the top of that list or whatever.

Play on FD1 Servers then, Anti-Cheat will ban every hackers (Its the best)
