See in yours HEREyou don't have any location specified. Your basically trying to tell the parameters to run, nothing. you need to put the location of your iw5m_server.exe (shortcut you made) into that position. so it would be this AS AN EXAMPLE.

"D:\Games\IW5M\iw5m_server.exe" +set sv_config "server.cfg" +set dedicated 2 +set net_port 27015 +start_map_rotate +set net_queryPort 27017

The bold is what you need.

But at last your picture with the explanation did not really add so much because it was so I did yesterday and all the time before. The problem was that I did not take a gap between my + sign and the parameter before I pasted all the fucking shit. So embarrassing . But thanks for all the "beginner's help" anyway
