I would say this image background cardtitle_248x20 is not stretched. So you got the rectangle, but the picture is only in the upper left part.

How do I close the friends menu except with ESC? Have you ever tried to use the arrow keys in the main menu? The marker jumps randomly.

I had the same problem. But it seems i could fix it in my case. I opened playerstats.txt with a hex editor and modified the value at address 0x197D. My stats were only saved when the value was smaller than 0xC0.

Just a question. Why do you use #define NUM_SUICIDE_MESSAGES 13 and not #define NUM_SUICIDE_MESSAGES (sizeof(suicideMessages) / sizeof(char*)) In this way it would be more dynamic.
