Finally I my problem for the specialist killsteaks, I copy the .iwd file into the \m2demo folder situated in AppData\Local\IW4M, and the mod works (with my level !). But exactly like you the game crash after some kills :/

I've been searching and trying different things for a moment and i think my problem come of the installation of the new version, I had certainly made a wrong install. I know it's not the good topic to ask this question, but if you can explain me the steps to update the game I will be grateful. So if you can explain me, there it is what I done. I went here viewtopic.php?t=3705 I downloaded "Installer". I Launched it, chose my game folder, clicked on install. It downloaded some files and created a shortcut in the start menu. I found weird that nothing changed in the game folder, like nothing was installed. So I right click on the shortcut to see where it was downloaded. It was in "C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\IW4M\LaunchIW4M.exe". I don't know why it is in AppData but I launched the shortcut, and after a download of some other files the game started. But when I start a private match, choose the class, I spawn with the countdown, and the specialist killstreaks are not on the right side ! There is nothing, like there is no mod, but the .iwd is in \m2demo and the in-game menu is MW3's one with the MW3 weapons skins etc. So I don't know what to do I tried to cut/paste the content of AppData folder into my game folder but when I launch MW2, the specialist killstreaks work but I become level 1 with no prestige (I was lvl48 prestige2)... Ps: I just re install all the game, just like I said above but without cut/paste the AppData\Local\IW4M folder, and at the first launch, the game start properly with my level and the MW3 menu but without the specialist killstreaks in game, but when I closed and re opened the game a second time, I was level 1

I've got a little problem... Today I launched iw4m to play with this great mod, but I've got that : http://hpics.li/34355ae So I downloaded the "new version" on fourdeltaone.net homepage, the "IW4M Updater and Installer", I ran it and, and ran the game then. Ok, new skin etc... But when I wanted to play a private match and the bots console commands did not worked ! The svr_bots command is not recognize It's written (I'm french) "Commande inconnue svr_bots". Please tell me how to solve this issue, or if I have made an error by installing the new version, thank you. Ps: A last thing, is it normal that this new version does not need Steam launched to work ??

You need a program like WinZip, or any other application like it. WinZip is freeware, and the latest version can be downloaded from here: http://download.cnet.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10003164.html Once you open up the IWD file, follow the instructions at the top of this post for editing your strike chain. Enjoy! Thank you very much !! And a last thing :roll: , but I don't know how to enter the commands like svr_bots. I open the console with ВІ, but when I write "svr_bots 11" for example, nothing happens ! Sorry for all these beginner questions ...

I played a few matches, and I found the mod just fantastic ! But I want to change the specialist perks, and with which software do you open the z_zzRSEspecialist.iwd file ?? I tried with the NotePad and WordPad, and it is veeery veeeeery long to load the file and display the content... And I see a lot of little rectangles instead of (I think) some text. Because when I searched for the file path (maps/mp/gametypes/_killstreaks.gsc), I did not find the function "Spawned", but some rectangles.

Seriously your mod is awesome guy, but i can't make run it :/ I placed the two files in "m2demo" but when i launched iw4m, the game start, i've got a black screen, and a message says "could not load image 'xxx'". And the 'xxx' change every time i launch iw4m ... I don't know what to do, if someone can help me it will be great
