if it helps, you can try a fresh install. and run mw2 once before you add the FDA files that way if your missing certain files on your computer the game needs it will install them then just drop the files in their repective places ( you can do this even if you are VAC banned it'll tell you cheat detected and wont actually start the game, but it will install all required files that may be missing) I am running win 8 CP / which has .net 4.5 and had no issues at all ran the first time.

i have been through alot doctors finally realized what was going on and was diagnosed with adhd/servear depression yadda yadda yadda and the medication is a lisdexamfetamine and also a anti depressant and i still for the past few years have been taken vicodine for a ruptured disk 3rd from the end in the lower lumbar right at the pelvis i can remember things better now still in alot of pain constantly and now i hardly ever sleep 2-4 hours aday tops town/state/federal all basically told my no help for you so every cost comes out of my own pocket except for therapy and counsiling services i get all that for free through in house government grants. I did discover i have an aptitude for writing. here is a sample ...The package I received, had no return address. Wondering not only what it could be, I was curious about who would have sent it. The only thing inside was an old brochure. Setting the box aside, I looked at the brochure, faded and outdated.
