I tried loading the mod using the old fs_gamemods/mod;map_restart, but to no avail.v None of the mods show up in the game.. Any help would be appreciated.

You can also still use +fs_game...etc, but put the mod in you m2demo. That way people can see you're running a mod, and it will show up in the serverlist as a modded server. But the mod won't download to the client (as it actually is just an empty folder)

Since this got a bump, let me do a little correction.

+fs_game = fs_game is write protected

+set fs_game = mod loads

 

If it's in the console, you just type "fs_game". If it's on the server's startup arguments, you do "+set fs_game"
