Hey everytime i try to play mw3 it sends out this error

Error during initialization:

Could not authenticate to NP server at iw5.prod.fourdeltaone.net -- bad details.

What should i do?

Username/Password is wrong.

Delete iw5m.ini

Check your firewall. Also tell if you live in the UAE/Syria.

That "bad details" error seems to happen on installations that have a file called "credui.dll" on the game folder. Just delete that file and you'll be able to login just fine.

Well all I can tell, is that Lithuania is not blocked. I live in Lithuania and everything's fine.
