Wrong! IW5 dedicated server trick only downloads the Server files....

 

No, you are in fact wrong. If you download the dedicated server tool from Steam, amazingly, you get 99.9% of the whole game - single player and all. The only files you'll be missing are the SP and MP exe's and a few other small files which can of course be aquired elsewhere.

Why would someone download the full game again when they already have it?

you know you can just copy your current files to the steam folder so it doesn't redownload those
