Well, obviously magazines hold an infinite amount of space.

 

Also, I'm sure that all pistols besides the revolvers and the Deagle had ext. mags. Then again, I don't use pistols that often.

I believe that the Deagle can also have a silencer attached to it by using a proficiency / attachments hack hack.

Even if that was possible it would:

 

a) look weird

and

you'd have to assign a new button to ADS with dual guns, since you use RMB to both ADS and fire your right gun.
